Deadwood Ranch
Designing a large water system for a privately-owned ranch above Basalt, CO.

This system supplies 8 separate structures and the distribution line runs over 1,800 feet and under a creek. High points required the design to include multiple air relief valves. Flow and pressure modeling was performed on the system using Civil 3D software to ensure the requirements of the fire suppression systems were met. A fire supply tank was required in the design, along with a 7,400- foot roadway alignment. RFE observed and provided quality control to the general contractor during the project.
